Delivery & Shipping Information
Signatures & Delivery Attempts
To ensure safe delivery, all packages from Post Haste require a signature from the recipient.
If delivery is attempted and no one is home, a calling card will be left, notifying you that the
item has been returned to the depot and will be available for redelivery.
Saturday Delivery
We offer Saturday deliveries to metropolitan areas in major cities and towns. To check if
your location qualifies, please visit our address checker.
Rural & Non-Urban Deliveries
We’re happy to deliver to non-urban and rural addresses across New Zealand. For more details on eligible areas, please visit our address checker.
Please note that rural deliveries may take an additional day and signatures may not always be obtainable.
Shipping Costs
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $150 to a single address. For orders under $150, our standard shipping fees are as follows:
- New Plymouth – Free
- North Island Standard – $12.99
- North Island Rural – $17.99
- North Island Saturday – $32.00
- South Island Standard – $17.99
- South Island Saturday Delivery – $34.00
- South Island Rural Delivery – $24.99
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
- North Island: 1–3 working days
- South Island: 2–4 working days
- Rural Addresses: Please allow an extra 1–4 working days
Please note that couriers do not operate on Sundays, public holidays, or deliver to PO boxes.
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, please note that courier shipping times are indicative and beyond our control. Delays can occur due to various factors such as location, weather, traffic, incorrect address details, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
Delivery Details & Tracking
Important
Please double-check that your delivery address is correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses, or for non-delivery due to access restrictions (e.g., dogs on property or restricted entry to apartment buildings).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven't received it, please feel free to reach out to us at hello@aboxfull.co.nz, and we’ll resend it promptly.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
We take great care in preparing and packaging each gift box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, in the rare instance that damage occurs during transit, we’re here to help.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Keep all original packaging, as it is necessary for us to process a claim with the courier. If the claim is successful, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement.
Missing Parcels:
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 10 days of dispatch. This allows us to follow up with the courier and, if needed, arrange for a replacement to be sent.
