How much is shipping?
We ship our gift boxes across New Zealand. Shipping is free on all orders over $150. Otherwise:
- New Plymouth – $9.99
- North Island Standard – $11.99
- North Island Rural - $17.99.
- North Island Saturday – $18.99
- South Island Standard – $17.99
- South Island Saturday Delivery – $26.00
- South Island Rural Delivery - $24.00
At this stage, we only deliver within New Zealand.
When will my order arrive?
Most gifts arrive within 2–4 business days. Rural deliveries may take a little longer.
Do parcels need a signature?
Yes, by default all parcels require a signature. Prefer your gift left at the door? You can
choose this option when selecting your delivery date. (Please note: once left, it’s at your risk.)
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your gift is on its way.
Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes, you can request a preferred date and we’ll do our very best. Please keep in mind courier schedules are outside our control.
Can I place a bulk or corporate order?
Yes! For large or corporate orders, email us at postabox.full@gmail.com. Please allow at least two weeks for very large orders.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Sorry, couriers can’t deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bags—please provide a physical address.
What about business addresses?
Yes, we deliver to workplaces too! Just include the business name. Deliveries are made during standard business hours.
Do you deliver to hospitals?
Yes, though only to reception or delivery areas. Please include the hospital name and ward number when ordering.
Do you deliver to rural addresses?
Yes! Just allow a couple of extra days for delivery. You can check if your address is rural here.
What if something goes wrong?
- Damaged gift? Email us with photos and we’ll put it right quickly.
- Need to change your order? Get in touch as soon as possible—we’ll help if we can.
- Out of stock items? For pre-made boxes, we’ll substitute with a similar item of equal or greater value. For Build Your Own boxes, we’ll contact you with alternatives.
Can I personalise my gift?
Of course! Add a personal message or create something unique with our Build Your Own Box option.
Do you cater for dietary needs?
Yes – full ingredient lists are available online so you can shop with peace of mind.
